The European Structural Integrity Society (ESIS) and China Structural Integrity Consortium (CSIC) join forces to pioneer the biennial ESIS-CSIC conferences on Structural Integrity (BECCSI). Established post the Memorandum of Understanding signing during the 2024 International Symposium on Structural Integrity (ISSI2024), this collaborative initiative will rotate between Europe and China, commencing in 2025 in Europe. The inaugural event will be hosted in Belgrade, Serbia, organized by the Serbian Structural Integrity Society (DIVK). Together, we aim to elevate the standards of structural integrity practices and welcome professionals worldwide to engage in this transformative journey.

The MRS Fall Meeting delivers a combination of interdisciplinary cutting-edge research, innovative technologies, and collaborative networking with the field’s leading minds, which leads to new discoveries in areas ranging from quantum materials to energy and sustainability.

Organisée dans le cadre des 80 ans de la SF2M, une série de webinaires balayera tous les matériaux (métaux, céramiques, polymères … multimatériaux et composites, …) et présentera des visions industrielles et des progrès scientifiques récents.

Sur une semaine, le colloque propose un état de l'art exhaustif de la thématique. Des exposés longs sont présentés par les meilleur.e.s spécialistes à l'échelle nationale et de larges espaces sont réservés pour la discussion. Le colloque a pour objectif d’apporter un éclairage sur les avancées liées à l’utilisation d’images dans le domaine de la mécanique des solides, et ce de l’échelle du matériau à celle de la structure.

During the past decades, computational mechanics has become a field of central scientific importance spanning across all fields of science. From Scrap to Steel workshop aims at bringing together academics and industry professionals interested in exchanging ideas and research results on residual elements from steel recycling. This conference is co-organized by PEPR DIADEM (France2030) and RNM (Réseau National de la Métallurgie) / SF2M. The goal is to help structure the national community working on this theme, which has significant industrial implications and remains rich in scientific challenges.

Le colloque Plasticité est depuis plus de 50 ans le rendez-vous annuel de la communauté nationale des chercheurs s'intéressant aux processus physiques gouvernant la déformation plastique des matériaux. Les études présentées concernent tous types de matériaux : les matériaux métalliques (aciers, alliages légers…), les matériaux céramiques (semi-conducteurs, verres…), mais aussi les nouveaux matériaux (composites, matériaux granulaires, matériaux nano-structurés, polymères, mousses, éco-matériaux…). Ce domaine de recherche s'étend également sur de multiples échelles : de l'échelle nanométrique, avec l'étude des mécanismes élémentaires de plasticité, à l'échelle macroscopique, avec les lois de comportement mécanique des matériaux. Ces thématiques sont couvertes aussi bien par des approches expérimentales que numériques.

The European Mechanics of Materials Conferences (EMMC) is a series of biyearly meetings organized under the auspices of the European Mechanics Society (Euromech). La 4ème Conférence des Eco-Matériaux en Afrique - CEMA’2026 s’inscrit dans un souci de fédérer tous les acteurs œuvrant pour la recherche et le développement dans le domaine de la valorisation des éco-matériaux locaux : Fibres et particules végétales, animales et minérales – Bois - Terre - Pierre, etc. La problématique du recyclage et de valorisation des sous-produits et des déchets, d’éco-conception et d’élaboration d’éco-produits constitue un axe essentiel de cette conférence.

Continuing the successful series of LCF conferences established in 1979, the Tenth International Conference on Low Cycle Fatigue will be held in Dresden, Germany, from June 23 to 25, 2026. The permanent and even growing interest of the scientific community in low-cycle fatigue, including thermomechanical fatigue addresses on the one hand a broad range of applications, e.g. in energy technology, transportation, civil engineering, and several other topics. On the other hand, many scientific questions on fundamental deformation and damage mechanisms, influence of multiaxial stresses / strains, creep-fatigue and TMF/HCF interaction as well as crack initiation and growth are investigated with increasing experimental and simulative efforts, as well as using data driven approaches.

Residual stresses are among the most influential yet often overlooked factors affecting the performance, reliability, and lifetime of engineering components. They originate from diverse sources and can either strengthen or weaken materials depending on their magnitude and distribution. The Residual Stress in Materials Science and Engineering 2026 symposium explores the evolution, analysis, and management of residual stresses. The symposium addresses the full spectrum of this complex topic: from the fundamental mechanisms behind stress evolution to state-of-the-art methods for analysis and characterization.

The Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) presents the largest global powder metallurgy (PM) and particulate materials event of the year, and it only happens once every six years in North America. The Engineering Integrity Society is a long established charitable society focusing on the areas of fatigue, testing and durability. Fatigue 2027 is the 10th in a series of society conferences which bring the international fatigue and durability community together to share knowledge and understand the challenges in using sophisticated engineering simulation and modelling tools to complement sound test programmes and develop reliable and cost effective products for modern usage.
