After a break of  2 years it is a great pleasure to announce the next session of the workshop on Texture and Anisotropy, jointly organized by the French and German materials societies SF2M and DGM, with active involvement of Benelux researchers.

We are looking forward to hosting the workshop at Ghent University in Belgium on Friday 13 May 2022. Respecting tradition, we will gather the evening before, on Thursday 12 May 2022, for a get together dinner.

The scientific topic of both symposiums is in the domain of crystallographic aspects of materials science involving microstructural aspects of materials solid-state transformations, structure-properties relations and the role of manufacturing processes.
